It all started with a magical place, a sunset in the heart of the Luberon, a rosé champagne Veuve Cliquot...and then a passionate chef... my first love... the truffle Chausson on a velvet chestnut... accompanied by Matthew's suggestion, the sommelier, with wines from the Luberon, of course.
