Our friendly and efficient waitress was a loud talker. I kinda dreaded her coming to the table. It was almost like a comedy routine. She was trying hard but needs to tone it down. And she really stumbled when I asked if I could substitute something for the pork rinds that came with my dish (They were bad it turns out... tasteless) . But everything else was real good (Chicken, ribs, fish, crab cakes, carrot cake and The Truman . But if you like pork rinds don 't get excited about these. The place is very well run which itself adds to a nice dining experience.
