I often purchase a poke bowl after the gym and a few sushi rolls. Their ingredients are always fresh and their staff are always friendly! My food is always made right in front of me which I enjoy watching. The poke bowl itself is very filling and so flavourful. The only thing I wish is that they gave a bigger piece of lobster. For the price that you pay for a lobster poke bowl or to add lobster, the lobster tail is extremely small.I have had poke bowls at other places and they do not skimp on the ingredients. A few times I have also had ingredients left out of my poke bowl by accident. It’s always a disappointment when I call in and let them know they forgot to add avacado or the extra lobst...
Visit yesterday around 6pm. Both my boyfriend and I got food poison from here. Got diarrhea all night long till now.We called and let the staff know about the issue and she was so rude, claiming food is fresh and cut us off. What an attitude.Could be uncleanliness of chopping board or knifes. Or food has been sitting for too long. We work close by and order frequently from here. This is the first time we experienced this. Anyway, I will be reporting to Toronto Public Health to help identify potential sources of food poisoning to avoid this happening to others.
Pros: The sushi was freshly made, tasted great, and was presented beautifully. The female staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean with a pleasant Japanese aroma.
Cons: The online ordering system could be improved, as the layout made it difficult to see what you were ordering. Additionally, I was not able to use a gift card for my online order, causing me to miss out on a free promotion. Despite these issues, the food was delicious and I would definitely return.
This was by far the worst meal we have ever had. We ordered the salmon aloha poke bowl- it was so salty that my tongue was numb after. The salmon had bones and the miso soup tasted like water and salt. The donburi beef was meh as well as the salmon maki. They didn’t provide soy sauce for the maki. The worst part was that the food left a weird aftertaste- our mouth felt and tasted waxy. This will be our first and last time.

I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. The check-out process was quick, with the menu available overhead or on a paper menu. I loved the wide range of options available. I also appreciated the convenience of the online ordering app. This restaurant's efficient model allows you to get your food quickly, whether you're on the go or dining in.
Save your money service is very poor. With four people behind the counter I waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged let alone served (I was the only person in the store at the time). Felt that the price to value is poor for the regular sized poke bowl I ordered. With the numerous competition in the area, I expected more from this place.
I love this restaurant for their delicious poke bowls! I don't visit this area often, but when I do, I always enjoy coming here. I tried it a few years ago before the pandemic and recently had the chance to eat there again last week. The food is just as amazing as I remember! The ingredients they use are top-notch.
The service is pretty slow even when it’s dead. Did takeout once and never again. I’d rather ubereats and do something else during the time being of them wrapping it all up. It’s not like it’s cooked.. it’s raw. Anyways, I like the house vinaigrettes and fruits and veggies are always fresh.Food: 4/5

It was my first time eating here, and I ordered a mango tango burrito with salmon to go. The service was Okay, and I liked the burrito. I can't say that I was blown away, but it was still quite good and very filling. I'd order from them again if I was in the area!Food: 4/5
