Family owned restaurant that has been in this location for 8 years, but has been serving Denver Italian food for decades. Mama Sanninos is a classic family owned family friendly Italian restaurant that serves all the classics. I got my food to go but had a look at the interior and it was a nice little spot that had that family owned feel. I got the lasagna which was absolutely amazing, the marinara sauce was perfectly seasoned and just the right amount of cheese and portion in this $20 dish. The pastas had an option to come with salad or soup, so I tried the hearty Italian soup that was also equally as good. The spot is very colorful and tipical Italian interior design. Friendly stuff welcome you, older people serve you. I felt a bit uncomfortable because of that. My server was very kind and friendly gentlemen with white hair. I ordered a salad and spaghetti . The salad was okay medium fresh, not cut the same day, but not bad. The salad consist by 1 cucumber
