I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. An employee verbally abused and aggressively confronted me because I requested a replacement for a burned piece of pizza. To make matters worse, I noticed staff taking trash from the garbage and placing it near the food counter. In a shocking display, some employees even came out to my car with weapons, threatening me. Other customers witnessed this incident during broad daylight. I didn’t engage in any abusive behavior myself; I simply asked for a fresh piece of pizza. I believe action should be taken against Mama Theresa's restaurant for this unacceptable treatment.
Great pizzas at Mama Theresa! The pastas are decent, but good enough to order again. I usually get a regular cake and some pasta dishes. The Chicken Parmigiana is ok they give a decent size part of the chicken breast. the service and the staff here are pretty good and the food comes quickly. You also have coupons in local mail and circles. Recommended if you are in the area of East Meadow.
The first time last night and was very good. I was Lead buy Jessica one of the ladies who worked our table. Like my main meal. The lental soup was great after it was finally cooled to eat. The shells could have cooked for a minute more, but were still good. As for the main dish that was a rolled chicken with spinach and cheese in a Marcela sauce with mushrooms..was great
Great local pizza/restaurant... LOVE all of these: FILET OF SOLE FRANCESE, CHICKEN VALDOSTANA, FUSILLI CASALINGA, PENNE OREGANATE, SHRIMP MONACHINA CHICKEN MARSALA (pizza slice-meal by itself, delish) Lots of excellent choices, not too many places can say that! Try it out you will definitely agree. Book a table now
I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to say this experience was unacceptable. I ordered penne alla vodka and was disappointed. The chicken didn’t taste good, and the pasta was overly watery for no reason at all. Honestly, the pasta at Olive Garden is starting to seem better than this!
Called to ask if it uses latex gloves, I am allergic to latex). The woman who answered the phone said no, especially when the pizza. I was so grateful for this information. I will definitely come back
Great tasting food and customer service. There’s never a wait for this location. Chicken panini is a must try! Also recommend the garlic knots with marinara sauce!!!!
