I walk past his restaurant daily and the food looks and smells good. They claim to be able to do gluten free food. Basically all that was on offer gluten free was soup or salad. The salad was boiled meat noodles, grated carrot and lettuce. Bland, uninteresting, tasteless. Only gluten free because it required no preparation or thought. And the staff seemed to think they were doing me a favour. I will walk past again
I recently tried the steamed sticky rice from Ma Ma Tran and found it to be incredibly moist and delicious. It was filled with pork, chicken, and sausage, making it the best I have ever had in Australia! The only issue was that it was a bit salty, so I would recommend using less salt in the future, Ma Ma Tran. I am looking forward to trying out the dumplings next time I visit the market.

The dim sum at this restaurant is fantastic and in my opinion, better than the dim sum stall. I purchased multiple packs of dumplings and BBQ pork buns to enjoy at home. Book a table now
Been coming here for years. Mama Tran's is freshly made and easy! Whether you're going to have them there or take them home and steam them straight away.
