I visited STAR... for takeaway service and ordered the Linguini with oil and broccoli for $16.00, which is listed under the Pasta Menu and not the Light Eater's Menu. The portion was quite small, consisting of just a few pieces of broccoli—about eight, to be exact. I don't think the broccoli was worth the price, as pasta usually isn't that expensive. Also, there was only about a quarter cup of olive oil used. Overall, I was disappointed.
My name is Tim Carte, and I recently bought a house in Englewood. I stopped by the restaurant and ordered the lasagna and a cheesecake sandwich, and it was fantastic! I’m looking forward to trying their pizza next. Ally was a wonderful server—very attentive while I enjoyed a couple of beers while waiting for my food to go. I will definitely be back!
We order pizza and salad for pick up every other week and have never been disappointed in any way. Same delicious, perfect pizza it was 20 years ago. We love Mama's and are so happy they're back open and busy!!
I absolutely love this place! The food is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, and you can really taste the Italian passion in their recipes. The lasagna, pizza, and minestrone are simply superb! Book a table now
Since I've moved to Charlotte county I haven't found a Italian restaurant that is worth going back to but Mama's is the place to go there food is awesome!

Way too noisy, couldn't have a conversation. Tables squeezed together. Baked ziti just okay. A tad pricey. Not impressed.
Wonderful first visit to MIR. Had the Special… Baked Stuffed Manicotti and it was so yummy. Their sauce is outstanding. Book a table now
