Update: we tried this place again. Service was great and food was good. Just didn’t like the scampi shrimp, only because it was swimming in the buttery sauce. The Diablo sauce was spicy as noted. Went to try this place out and picked up take out last night. All workers were very nice and helpful! There a couple of things they could improve: time Only thing was I ordered and the young lady stated it would be 15 minutes. It took more like 25 minutes. I ordered #1 #10 and a side order of fries. 2 consider a different batter The fish and shrimp were batter, not greasy but thick. 3 consistency The stuffed shrimp were not what menu said, not large, two small shrimp and two large ones. Standard Fish house tables and decor nothing fancy, but clean and more than adequate for eating comfortably. Our server and the extraordinary meal were the definitive stars of the show!!! We are from Maryland, so I expected to be disappointed but the whole red snapper we shared (with their special sauce! BEAT ANYTHING we'd had on the Bay!!! WE LEFT NOTHING ON THE PLATTER. HIGH RECOMMEND.
Fabulous food! Huge portions. My hubby and I shared the 1/2 lb calamari appie then split the Mambo Combo. Delicious fried fish, huge shrimp, stuffed crab (the best I've ever had), stuffed shrimp and OMG, the shrimp fried rice! Fun, relaxed atmosphere, very casual. Lots of families. Good cocktails and beer. Very inexpensive considering the quality. Great staff, too. We will be back!
Mambo is a delightful restaurant offering a mix of traditional seafood dishes that are filling, delicious, and nutritious. This place is a total treat for your taste buds and won't break the bank. The seafood is incredibly fresh, and the atmosphere and service are top-notch. I have consistently enjoyed amazing meals here and highly recommend stopping in.

Be prepared to spend $70 to $80 for two people. The portion sizes are generous, but the taste is average. The restaurant is clean, but the staff, particularly the waitresses, could use some improvement. The atmosphere has a South of the border vibe. I would give this restaurant a 6 out of 10 rating.
Had to pick up someone at the airport so needed to get in and out quickly. Our waitress, Dani, was awesome! We had a great meal with plenty of time to spare. Thank you for a great experience, Dani, and the kitchen crew who surpassed our expectations.
The fried rice is a specialty and it's super delicious, service is always good as they are always fully staffed. Seating is spaced out and restaurant is big and always feels clean. Prices are average foe seafood plates and they are well served
We had dinner this evening. The manager Marie was great, spent a lot of time talking to us. Denise was our outstanding server. The food was amazing, but the staff really made our visit the best. We will definitely come back. Thanks so much!

This is a fun place to go. The food is great and so is the friendly service. I had the fish shrimp platter. The serving portion was generous and the sauce on it was real good. The shrimp rice I got with it was also really good.
