I have been getting Mama Maria's pizza every few months over the past few years for take-out. I have to say, the pizza is solid, ingredients are fresh. We were about to do the same and decided to dine in and order pastas and other things off of the menu. I have to admit, I was in but if a shock when I saw the menu, prices most definitely have gone up and are not as listed on their website. Plain pasta with olive oil, add 6 shrimp and broccoli will cost you about $30. It was good, but by no means $30 good. We were equally disappointed when the $18 lasagna came. Probably the worse lasagna we have ever had, and I promise we are not picky people. It was thin, tough to chew, and way too much rico...
I managed to enjoy one of their amazing dinners in the dining room over the past six months, although I was out of work for a while. Thankfully, the monthly coupons allowed me to indulge in their delicious homemade pizza. I really appreciate the family atmosphere and the authentic Italian cuisine they offer.
The Bruschetta, Minestrone Soup, Eggplant Parmesan, Meat Lasagna and Tiramisu all tasted great. We received excellent service as well from our attentive and friendly server. I highly recommend Mama Maria's Pizzeria Ristorante in Bensenville.
This place is hit or missed. Good things are their pizza slices, fries, and ribs. Almost everything else I’ve tried has not been good (Spaghetti, wings, meatball sub). I would recommend they switch h up their recipes for pasta.

Food was very good, service on the other was ok the waiter seemed confused as to who ordered what there was only 3 of us and he seemed to have forgot who ordedd what but overall a great meal.
We absolutely love Mama Maria’s! The food is incredible, and Daniella is an excellent server. She is incredibly friendly and welcoming!
