Yesterday we had reserved a table in the mamas at 20 o'clock. 20 min. after that we only got our drinks. around 21 clock (after we waited for our food for 1 hour - there were only 2 pizzas) we got how a waiter (the names I unfortunately don't know, but it was the only dark-skinned, if this contributes to recognition) new arrivals in a pretty scary tonfall said that they would have to wait at least 2 hours for their food and stay out of the room. when we then arrive first after 1 std. and 10 min. after the fading of our eating asked, said that waiter, that we can see how full the terrace is. I had a business meeting there and being told by the other guests that Mamma's is famous for its tasty pizza I ordered a "Pizza Hawaii", which was not expensive and comparable to a high end stone oven pizza that I had tasted before. We had reserved a table in the outside area, which was crowded with guests relatively fast (at 5:30 p.m. on a hot summer day) - so that at least in the eyes of the other guests at my table the speed of service (e.g. for ordering an additional glass of mineral water) was relatively slow. We will eat something at the Mammas at least 2 times a year and we are delighted every time. The renovation did the restaurant very well the ambience is now much more cozy and modern. In the second lockdown, we tried the delivery service. During 10 minutes later than agreed (very soon I think it is because it is unusual for them to deliver. you can sit on the terrace as well as inside. the service is very nice and attentive, special requests are taken into account. the salad is delicious, the appetizers are rich and tasty. there are broth, crumble butter and olives on cost of the house. the pizza is nicely thin and well covered. this will be our new tribal Italian in krefeld.
the Mamma ́s is an Italian local in the city of the city, opposite the benischhaus and directly at the back of the shopping center you will find here good Italian cuisine.The dining offer is typical Italian, without much buckling / snack.Guter platz in summer, as there is a beautiful sitting area in front of the local area.
by chance pass by a lukewarm evening in the early part and eat on the terrace at night. we ventured on two pizzas, a normal and a calzone. we have returned a few times since then and tried other dishes. everything was honest and tasty and especially affordable.
with a place reservation on Sunday evening nicely get a place. appetizer bruschetta super class, then two times different noodles. super delicious and freshly prepared. the service team organized and also very friendly.
