I have been trying to make a dinner reservation at this restaurant for the past month, specifically on a Friday between 6pm and 9pm, but have had no luck. Despite attempting to call, I am unable to speak to anyone as the line goes straight to a unhelpful automated machine. Even when requesting to speak to a manager, the line disconnects, claiming they are busy. It is frustrating to see that the restaurant's availability is fully booked for the times I would like to visit, even a month in advance. I believe there should be a waitlist in place to give others a chance to dine there.
