La cocina vasca está en boca de todo el mundo y es internacionalmente conocida, sobre todo por la nueva hornada de chefs que la han revolucionado colocándola en el mundo, pero sería un error muy grave dejar de lado la comida tradicional. El buen comer vasco que ya es una cultura en si mismo. Este restaurante situado en lo alto del el puerto de Mandubia ofrece exactamente eso, producto de primera calidad y la comida tradicional vasca, la de toda la vida: ensalada de tomates con ventresca, tortilla de boletas, merluza con cocochas, solomillo con foie... y para acabar tarta de queso. No importa lo que comas, no importa cuanto, deja hueco para la tarta de queso. En serio.
