If you don't like noise, forget it! We would certainly prefer a small background music but good we do with it.More embarrassing, the heat and yet it was in the evening but several tables did not hold the shock and asked as the windows were opened; go for a little effort and a small investment to install two air conditioning cabinets (a restaurant that turns as well must be able to afford it.) no misfortune but admit that it spoils a little the very good meal we were entitled to. We are often used to the calf rhyme and there they are lamb ris ( excellent). Good deliciously prepared truitelles but not for big appetites! another small and last flat, waiting, but still have to go!
nice menu frame at 29€ delicious exceptional charcuterie the excellent cod only small flat (and still) the pork jam served with fries for a menu at 29€ we would have enjoyed small vegetables or others. served in great dishes with a good franquette! super. excellent desserts we would have eaten more tiramisu. we'll be back with pleasure but on the terrace this time!
located in a green setting, in the Urdos district on the town of St.Baigorry (taking the road to St.Martin d'arrossa), this restaurant hotel sums up the art of Basque life alone. in case of good weather ask to eat under the beautiful tonic of platanes. excellent value for money, home products, smiling and efficient service. We're having a great time.
We ate on their terrace and had a very tasty and pleasant meal. During the night we visited, none of the staff spoke either English or Spanish, but they were happy to work with us to bridge the language gap. The atmosphere was relaxed and soothing, and we left fuller and more satisfied.

This restaurant is in a perfect location with friendly and helpful staff. For Sunday dinner it was perfect and busy with locals. Menu choices typical good Basque country cuisine. The nearby church in St Etienne was also magical with beautiful basque chants and well supported!
everything is top... dishes, decor, welcome. . Breakfast on the terrace with the mountains behind is a real pleasure... and it is also very reasonable on the bill!We want to stay there .very good address of the beautiful Basque country!
