I occasionally stop by Manginos for lunch, and the food is consistently excellent. Getting a combo with the Gaither's Burger or Chicken Cheesesteak is always a great choice. Their fries are often some of the best around, though the fish in the fish sandwich can be a bit small. My only complaint is the preparation time; I can usually handle the 10-20 minute wait, but it might be too long for some people or situations. If you don’t mind waiting longer than at McDonald’s, you’ll be very satisfied with their menu—especially the pupusas, which are also delicious.
I've had the small pizza with a soda combo twice and let me just say, it's the best food I've had in a while since moving to Germantown and the presentation is everything! I've had both the small cheese and pepperoni pizzas and let's just say both were gone pretty quickly lol. Way better than most chain pizza places in the area. Won't be going anywhere else from now on. Can't wait to try their steak and cheese! Besides the food, It's a lovely spot, the inside is beautiful and the people are very nice. Definitely recommend!
Don't come here looking for an authentic Italian experience. This is for sure Italian American food. Greasy, Overly rich...and delicious. If you're into that of course. I had a Calzone. Crispy outside, flavorful cheesy inside. I did get a bit tired of the taste past halfway through, but I'm giving it four stars because the food was solid and the service was very friendly. Definitely worth at least one try to see if you vibe with it.
Pizza arrived cold. Wings were breaded and soggy. That was a real disappointment as none of the pics on the app or reviews show breaded wings and it doesn't say they are breaded on the menu. Mozzarella sticks were good. Ordered Pepsi 2 liter and was brought coke. None of these things are a big deal alone but for the amount of money paid, pretty underwhelming.

I enjoyed pupusas, carne asada for lunch, and plantains with crema—they were all delicious! The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain the menu clearly. They also didn't mind me working on my laptop while eating. Plus, I received a limited-time coupon to use on my next visit.
Update I've had their pizza and I can plainly say this is my favorite place in Gaithersburgs/Germantown area Just had their steak and cheese, best I've had in the 2 years I've lived in Gaithersburg. Next i gotta try their pizza. They might be the new spot
Had their Steak and cheese sub. Steak was definitely juicy, bread was perfect. I have to say, I expected a little more meat. Also, ordered their NY style cheese cake which was also very good but again the slice was smaller than I expected.
They're Teriyaki wings are delicious. For some reason they're listed on the website but not the actual menu I have, but they have them I highly recommend if you like a sweet tangy wing. Perfectly crispy every time I've had them.

Ordered a pizza from Manginos via Uber Eats and noticed it’s not as good as it used to be. The pizza was slightly smaller and much greasier than before. Felt a bit disappointed this time.
