eat in the mangold in a small group for lunch (6 people). the person who arranged the lunch, said it was a highly rated restaurant. I can't believe it and ask myself who made the reviews. the restaurant advertises for lunches arriving in 15 minutes. we were an hour before our food came in the restaurant. then we had to wait for our sheck. I ordered tom kha gai suppe that had no taste and only a few stripes carrots and mushrooms. the lasagne didn't look like something I wanted to eat. the Cesaer salads looked in order, but nothing inspired. I think there are much more beautiful places in the opposite with better service.
I always came to dinner and enjoyed it very much! the steaks are simply super quality, beautiful large salate than supplement or ofenkartoffeln and chimichurri sauce super tasty too. they also have a fair choice of wine. later in the evening the music gets quite loud, but that didn't disturb us. atmosphere and staff very friendly, it is a packed place (from good reason!), so maybe better reserve. we have always done it the same day and always get a table. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!
we had a nice dinner there. I tried a shredded lamb dish with a minty granatapfelsalat and couscous. the lamb was great (the next time I would suggest that they reduce the salt a little). my guests had both steaks, which were tender and tasty, served with spinat in a creamy sauce. the service was warm and attentive, although they were quite busy on a Sunday night. they have cocktails on some evenings to reduced trips and the cocktail card is extensive. in total a great value.
were here for business. we ordered main dishes and had to wait an hour. to the happiness we laughed a lot and talked. Eat is delicious. the service is slow, I recommend you to complain so that you might get free coffee. we have dissert because we were afraid to wait too long. I felt trapped instead of spending a long evening.

great moment at mangold. the atmosphere is perfect, beautiful music and ambiente. all walks on the menu looked delicious. it was difficult to select only one:) very friendly waiter. great wine and delicious! the prices are not too high. it is always a great joy to come into this restaurant! :)
the brunch offered a large selection, but the portions were ok in size and quality nothing special. it was just okay. the good is that they can reserve for Sunday brunch, which is not common in düsseldorf. They are also not suitable for people with lactose intolerance, which is frustrating.
I was in the mangold a few months ago with colleagues to dinner and we liked it very well. I was professionally back in düsseldorf and decided to return to Sunday brunch, which was eating in order (but not as good as the first time) and the service was average.
very attentive service here, waiter noticed when glasses were empty and everything was very fast. we had a nice appetizer, but I found my ochs baked a little salty, but that's just personal taste. there is a nice selection of food and something for everyone.

we took an breakfast. "small breakfast and sweet breakfast" . the brot was nice but the rest was nothing special and the fruit was dry...as from yesterday. the personal was nice
