Il y a 3 plats proposés dans la formule pension complète (3 choix d'entrées, 2 choix de viande, et 1 choix de poisson) 3 choix de desserts. Comme nous y avons mangé 3 soirs j'ai choisi à chaque fois les différents choix du menu. Alors que dire : d'abord parlons du service. Il est au niveau de ce qu'on peut attendre de Disneyland. On est bien accueilli. Nous avions pris un cocktail avant notre repas, la serveuse nous laisse le temps de prendre notre cocktail tranquillement et nous laisse lui faire signe quand on veut les entrées. Les plats sont succulents. Les produits sont frai...
This was one of our choices to go and try. The service was by far the best part of the experience. It was flawless, attentive and on time. The food was good. They have set menus for adults and children. For starter we had the Burrata and the Prosciutto, both were good. The Burrata was soft and tasty. For main course we had the fish, and it was cooked well a bit over cooked , but not too much). They have a children's menu available with quite a good selection. The set menu comes with soft drinks that you don't need to pay extra for, and the sparkling water available is S. Pellegrino, which is great. They do have a great selection of wines as well, but this is extra and not included in the men...
Very beautiful restaurant, with fine and refined decoration. A top service with our Brayan server in small care. In addition, we were disappointed with food... we opted for a risotto with seiche ink that at first sight looked exquisite, but much too salty and without specific taste... In dessert, I chose a assortment of cheeses which unfortunately, for French people, had no meaning. From parmesan, ricotta, a honey that looked like jelly, in short I’m not hard on cheese in normal time, but it was not adapted to me. A very positive experience at the Manhattan restaurant! We were delighted by the delicious Italian cuisine served, particularly the burrata starter which was exquisitely fresh, accompanied by exceptional olive oil. The panna cotta with its crunchy caramelized almonds was a real delight for the taste buds. We would also like to congratulate our server, Bryan, for his efficiency, his infectious smile and his kindness which helped to make our evening unforgettable. A big thank you to the whole team for this experience.

The service was Top, thanks to Bryan, he really raised the level of the restaurant just to him only Parcontre for the kitchen is really to review, the ultra liquid risotto and just immangeable dressing so it was salted. I have to admit that there is no single objection to this restaurant fast and professional service (Mr. Rayane followed with the three course menu balanced from flavor pallette point of view as well as a beautifully arranged art ; I would recommend everyone passing Disneyland to have dinner, lunch l, breakfast .... restaurant located in the art of the wonderful hotel with a rather Italian map. pleasant, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. We took the seafood risotto that was very good as well as a very good desert as well. It says for us, it’s a little expensive for what it’s the dish for the risotto it makes the rice expensive! We still recommend it.
