Every time I visit this restaurant, my order seems to get messed up. I've tried giving the new owners several opportunities to improve, but they consistently make mistakes. For example, this morning I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an Asiago bagel with crispy bacon, along with a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich on a cinnamon raisin bagel for my dad. Instead, I received a sandwich with undercooked bacon, and the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich was missing the egg altogether. I ordered online and we got it delivered to our house. Both of our sandwiches were dry and the bagels weren't toasted or even warm at. Tbh the bagel itself tasted just like dry bread. It was a struggle to swallow got stuck in our throats it was so dry. Hardly any pork roll and egg on it too. We only ate it cuz we were starving. Terrible quality. Unsatisfying.
So me and my mom placed an order about ten minutes before they closed, upon arrival our order was ready waiting for us, so kind they stayed open for us! What an excellent bagel! Tuna and onion! I haven’t had a bagel that good in a long time! We both will be back! Thank you
A bagel and cream cheese should not cost six dollars, especially if they're going to barely put any cream cheese. Especially if the bagel is burnt. Especially if the staff were unpleasant. All around poor experience, overpriced burnt food, and a waste of time and money.

I ordered some packaged drinks, and I think they should have been placed in a bag instead of being handed to me loose. However, the Original Bagel Classic Sandwich and the half dozen bagels were both really good.
Delicious and great service! The food is incredible every time I come here. Whether they have 2 or 20 people in line, they have the same great service. They have a very efficient team.
I love this store for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I love the rye bagels, the original breakfast sandwich, and the muffins. Also get the chocolate milk from Krieder Farms!
The Brunch Boxes were amazing! They were perfect for our guests. They arrived promptly and were beautifully packaged!
