Updated Review: I went 3 times in the last 2 weeks and am revising way down. In fact, I may not ever go back. I really did want to give them a chance, but I can not take rude or neglectful service, repeatedly. My original review stated that there was a long wait to sit, and the hostess seemed to not care, but I thought I'd give her some grace despite her visible grumpiness. BUT my next two visits got much worse. Hostess was AWOL for a while, and no one greeted me or even acknowledged our presence in line. I did get seated, and the server was fine. On the third visit, I arrived at 8:30pm and knew they closed at 9, but I had seen others seated up to 9 on previous visits. I waited a long time,...
Great place! Very good food. Burger looked just like pictures. Portions are plentiful, prices are very reasonable. A little crowded during lunch hour. Otherwise, wait time is not bad. I've never had anything i didn't like. Excellent desserts.
Man, do I miss the North Olmsted location. Stopped at the Willoughby location. Had their Rueben and a bowl of matzo ball soup.... Brought back so many memories of yummy!!! Had to the best rueben ever.
It is always a pleasure to visit Manhattan Deli when I am visiting from Florida.
