I stopped in here eager to try a new local Indian restaurant and get my usual, but was surprised when there was a big message on the board saying to ask about their vegan options! This included believe it or not vegan Indian pizzas made with Daiya cheese, not to mention curries and dosas and all the more usual fare. Apparently the wife of one of the owners of this restaurant is vegan and so they 're very knowledgeable and keep Daiya on hand. They also said they may add more vegan options in the future (such as vegan meat options). The bad news is that it 's not currently clearly identified on the menu, so you have to speak to a person and ask. They also warned me that they typically use ghee...

Had the thippili rasam for starters. Was just right for a cold winter?s day, with its blend of health-giving spices. The dosai was crisp and the masala was delicious! Siva, who waited on us, was very friendly and accommodating of our special needs. Herecommended the spinach sabji to take home and gave us a taste. It was too good to resist and so we took some home! The foodhere is authentic South Indian, with a fresh, homemade taste. They have the real South Indian dessert?Chakkara Pongal! Trulyenjoyable lunch!?
I was in the mood for Indian food and came across this restaurant. I called in my order of the chana masala and roti. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted and paid for my food. It was a little over $19. When I got inI dug in and there was plenty of food. In fact enough for 2. I thought the chana masala was ok in taste flavorwise. It was veryspicy but not too overwhelming. I had a decent experience.
At Manjal Indian Fusion, the menu offered only two vegan options, so we asked if a few other dishes could be customized to be vegan. The waiter wasn't fully informed, but the chef came out personally to discuss our requests. He made fresh roti for us and generously included a complimentary samosa. Every dish we tasted was absolutely delicious! Book a table now
I appreciate that this restaurant provides vegan choices, even though Indian cuisine is largely vegetarian. This is by far my favorite Indian spot nearby. The soup is incredible, bursting with flavorful spices. I've been having some digestion problems, and this soup truly made a difference. Thanks for the ideal comfort on a rainy day.
Upcharged on a menu item. Added an extra appetizer and charged for it. Placed bottled water on the table without asking, and then charged for it. I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt to a mistake or 2. But 3 times in one sitting seemsintentional. Prefer a more straightforward experience.
I visit this restaurant one or twice every week , the mutton biryani is too die for , even the dosa is good .slowly I will go through the whole menu have already tried some . the prices are fair . the interiors need sprucing up . but all in all a goodplace for take out or for good food .
I wanted to love Manjal Indian Fusion, but maybe my expectations were too high. The main problem was that they messed up my order twice. The food was okay, but it didn’t compare to the best Indian cuisine I’ve had. The vegan bread, however, was quite tasty. Book a table now
The vegan options are fantastic! Just let them know and they explained all the many choices. If you do plan to eat there, be prepared to wait because the space is quite small. BYOB also.
