Convenient location located right across of Hurstville station.Came during lunch time on a week day and didn’t have to wait for a table. Food was average but it wasn’t horrible. The sushi rice did not taste even. Some sushi rice had strong vinegar taste while some had not taste. You could tell it wasn’t mixed properly.The nori used for sushi could be improved. No taste to it and feels cheap. The frying fish roe gunkan was just horrible. Nori wasn’t even connecting the sushi properly. Sashimi was alright. You get what you paid for.Ramen was decent. another funny ramen evening with friends! Unfortunately, I couldn't find the Teriyaki set I found. So I ordered chicken frames with a seaweed, fish cake, bambus shoot and pear. I'd give it an 8/10. the chicken was succulent with the outer crispy and tender inside. everything was in order except the suppe was quite too salty. larger bowl to those I had in the past. the dessert was with a thick jelly on the outside and ice on the inside. I had green tee vanille. the size would want to be bigger, but on a happier note, it was overall a great night with sentimental memories.
The rating I gave is purely for the disorganised and unprofessionalism of the staff. We had a group of 14 people, we ask can it be organised and they replied “yes” we waited for 15 minutes and meanwhile 4 small tables of 2-4 got seated first. After waiting for another 10 minutes, we decided to split and arranged our table ourselves for the staff. We hope the staff are able to improve on table arrangements.
What has happened to this place?! Has it changed owners? Extremely disappointing meal tonight. We have been coming here for 11 years and the quality has completely changed. The spicy salmon had an 8mm cube of salmon in it and a dash of chilli sauce on top?! And the salmon cream cheese ship had a slither of cheese on top and the salmon was wrapped only halfway around?!

Sushi train has a good variety and quality ingredients are used.
Great for families with children, more so now that there's an area for little ones to have a play while parents eat and relax nearby.
really good rams. many options to choose from. there is a large portion option that meets the place for someone like me who likes to eat a lot. they are licensed, so bier and sake are available. I haven't tried the sushi yet.
this restaurant is a good Japanese restaurant. it will be a Nepalese restaurant. we used to have dinner here and eat his really bad food. the tempura has a raw flour and they can see the powder. it was now disappointed!
Ordered takeaway tonight. Food turned up very cold and found a large hair in my rice. Dumplings and Chicken Katsu were okay but definitely had better so will not be ordering from here again.

beautiful Japanese restaurant. they can choose to dine on table or sushi bar. reasonable price and good proportion. I love chicken teriyaki and salmon teritayaki recommended!
Food is quite nice. Good service. Lunch special menu is quite a bargain, serving size is impressive.
