I enjoyed it so much! The experience starts on the sidewalk looking in. The court yard is impressive and the palace just feels, homey, if it makes sense. The entrance was 9 euros and I received an electronic guide in English which was surprisingly amazing. The information was interesting and it was read in an engaging way. Also, it was usually accompanied by baroque music. Before starting the 'tour ' you need to leave your bag at a locker room, so make sure you have a 1 or 2 euro coin. You will get it back when you leave. Inside the palace you can enjoy both the rooms and the architecture, but also pieces of furniture and artifacts. There are several rooms, and several floors. What a beautiful palace. Took the tour and you can use your phone with an app to have an audio tour. Every room we visited just makes you think of the people that sat in those seats or ate at that table. The artwork is stunning, statues are beautiful, the carvings on the furniture have to be seen. If you're in the area this should be a must visit.

Since Germans are full of money, they painstakingly reconstructed this huge baroque palace even though almost nothing was left of it after World War II. The frescoes by Cosmas Damian Asam were redone in the style of an 8-years old by some guy they found on the street. They are painful to look at. Spare time and money and skip it.

Palace Mannheim was my favorite thing to do : We took a guided tour at 11 a.m. There are not so many rooms as in Versailles but Palace Mannheim has more windows thus it is distinguished for being the second-largest Baroque complex globally. Definitely recommend if you love history and German castles Book a table now

I went with the fervent obsession of adding one more palace to my list. I didn't know it was a university until I arrived. So I did put it on my list but I just took the photos from outside and it is very nice.

It was very hot inside, at least they should put air condition because they were a lot of people inside and we couldn't breath. Book a table now
