4 stars for the Buckhorn. I had the Fred's and my wife had a green chili burger. The Fred's was super tasty and original. I should have asked for a generous helping of Chili b/c I thought it was a bit meager. The fries were tasty and the salad didn't have croutons. My wife's burger was tasty as well. The green chili was good and spicy. It took about an hour for us, from ordering to leaving. The bathroom was spotless as well. I have been out of there in 30 mins when by myself and sitting at the bar.
They waitress, the cook, and everyone else was perfect. More than perfect, fantastic!! The waitress deserved the big tip we gave her. Plz tell her we said thank you... the food was delicious. It was alot of it and I didn't mind the price. Everyone should go try it at least once, I'm recommending to everyone.
Always drove through San Antonio, but this time we are RVing and decided to eat here. We were not disappointed. Really enjoyed the green chili cheeseburger.
Delicious food. They were busy during our visit, so we had to wait. They offer outdoor food and pickup now.
