We came here as it was right next to our hotel we couldn’t face venturing further afield after a hour journey. We figured you can’t go wrong with Indian food when you’re vegan. It was also packed which is always a good sign....We ordered the vegetable jalfrezi chana masala, a pilau rice, a poppadom each a naan each. We checked the menu ingredients beforehand also explained we were vegan to be extra safe. First of all out came a huge stack of poppadoms, instead of the we actually ordered, which made me pretty annoyed, but I let it go because hey poppadoms aren’t so expensive. Next a huge platter of rice, I made the assumption this was the pilau rice even though it looked more like plain rice....
This place is close to where we live so I wanted to give it a try. I lived in India for about months and i have eaten both a lot of good and a lot of bad Indian food. This one rates exceptionally bad....Our main dish came about minutes after we ordered it so it was heated up from some box . The mango chicken tasted like mango juice with some meat swimming around in it. The sauce had a toxic bright yellow color and tasted as it looked. The mutton dish was so hot it was impossible to eat. (It was hotter than anything I've ever tasted in India). The waiter spoke no German which is fine because I speak English, but when he asked me how our food was and I explained to him why I found it terrible,...
We were greeted warmly and seated in a pleasant outside courtyard at the rear of the restaurant. We ordered vegetable bhyrani, Vegetable samosas, garlic nan anf fish in a mango sauce. Each dish was absolutely delicious! The staff is very friendly and the service was...professional and flawless.
Good quality Indian cuisine. We had several plates of veg and chicken biryani, dal and kadhai chicken. The chicken biryani had less meat than we expected, but was otherwise good. With beer and other drinks, the cost was very reasonable at ~40 euros per person.

The service is very friendly, fast and takes also extra wishes. I had the duck with safran-almond-sauce which was tasty. The place was quite and we had a good dinner there.
Visited here with my family and enjoyed excellent food and very friendly and competent service. Toilets were clean but deco needs updating.
Waiter were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and the portions were huge. Go very well with the rice and naan!
