Sadly the service was poor and slow: slow to get seated, slow to get served and in the end slow to get our meal. I got the scallops which were lacking in caramelisation and were sent back to me with no sauce. My partner took the lamb which after waiting for so long for our food was decepointingly simple on the plate. Overall, it lacked that little extra vavavoom which is promised by the decor. Situated right on the beach edge on raised decking, this has great ambiance!! The sea rolling in, the beautiful bay with the boats and scenery and lots going on gives it great views! Umbrellas shade you from the beating sun as you sit on comfortable tables or rattan sofa! Cushioned armchairs. There are two parts to the establishment one for dining and one where we sat for having a drink and tapas. Tapas was s fish tapas which cost 9.5 Euros. Tasty fish morsels with felafel type bites. Hello i would like to tell you about our nice lunch at tis place. Me and some friend went to the maobi bar the day before. We saw some nice dishen passing by. So we decided to have lunch the day after. The kind waiter advised us to reserve a table, we asked for a nice table of six by the sea. We got a beautiful seat. We had a great meal, super fresh and delicious, not very cheap but it was a real treat. I had the calamari, the others had tuna, linguini with gambas, salade Maobi with salmon and steak tartare. Every dish looked great and was super fresh. Afterwards some of us had dessert, also delicious. I truly recommend this place, not cheap but worth its money.
A busy head waiter managed to find us a table even without a reservation. Got a table in the sand. Nice aperetif and good wine based on the waiters recommendations. Excellent fish mixed grill and a ribeye cooked exactly as I ordered. The waiter was knowledgeable about which type of fish was on the plate and for my food as one with many allergies he could make good recommendations. Good crepes for dessert ended a fine evening. Only drawback was when it was time to pay the staff was busy setting up the place for the next day, it took a while to pay. We will be back.

The restaurant is set on the Agay beach and has a lovely view of the bay. It is lovely to sit for an evening meal and watch the world go about its business as the sun sets. As with all places which mark themselves of such standard it is not cheap but the food is good and the views are great.
A very busy place, owned by nice people, who alas suffered a bit of stress. There even was a quarrel between staff in plain sight of the guests. The food was good, with ample portions. Prices were rather high, but probably one has to pay for the location.
