The food at Marathon is unbeatable! The souvlaki are fresh and generously garnished, and the tzatziki is the best in town. The salad is plentiful and the dressing delicious. The fries are always nice and hot and go very well with an extra side portion...of tzatziki. You cannot go wrong with the food. One word of caution, you will still taste the tzatziki the next morning, not matter how much you brush your teeth! But it is well worth it! But... on my last visit, we had a very strange and very annoying waiter, who CONSTANTLY interrupted us while we were giving our order, to ask questions about the thing we were in the middle of saying. I never write bad reviews for restaurants, but that was so bad in every sight. they have to pick up for covid. telefon was busy for 30 minutes, so I went to the place to place an executing order personally. I said the order was ready in 20 minutes. sa next to the counter and waited. 50 minutes later, went to the counter to check on my order. What can one expect from a restaurant i have eaten at for 15 years now? Excellent food, excellent service, these people never skip a beat. Food is always the same fresh quick, well made, service is impeccable and in this many years Marathon never dissapointed....It never will. Congratulations and thank you's all around for so many years. People, forget the competition in this class, they're the top by far.

Went for lunch, busy place, full of locals which is a good sign. First time visitor and ended up ordering from the lunch menu. Very reasonably priced, I ordered souvlaki pita and it came with rice, salad and even included a drink. Will return to...try more menu items.
the kartoffels are in average mainly pommes, tzatziki is good, they get a lot of eating in a teller and reasonable price
In and out within 1 hour...get there early at lunch and supper time! Also great service also have a take out counter!!!
