We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Our drinks, specifically wine, arrived promptly followed by delicious appetizers including fried shumai, dumplings, and crab cakes. The portion sizes were just right, with 2 crab cakes, 4 shumai, and 4 dumplings. There was a comfortable wait between appetizers and entrees, which included Steak Diane, Gorgonzola sirloin, and salmon dishes, all of which were flavorful and generously sized. The service was excellent, and we were pleased to have found this restaurant while attending a show at Westbury Music Fair with a 5:30 reservation and 8:00 show time. My friends and I highly recommend Marco Polo's.
The Dinner menu was fantastic and delicious, compliments to the Chef the Egg roll appetizer was delicious and a great lead into our dinner choices. Unfortunately the breakfast buffet was ok but could have been better from either a omelette station or more of a hot breakfast options. The scrambled eggs were a little dried out and did not have much flavor .Over all I will recommend the restaurant to my friends and fellow Chefs.
Not really a restaurant—just some tables by bar in hotel lobby. Service was not only slow but uninformed amateurish. I asked for the wine list waitress looked alarmed as if I’d asked for directions to Schenectady. Website made place sound ritzy filled with choices: very few. Wine by the glass was overpriced. Food was like a Cheesecake Factory with a tiny menu but not as good.
We had a reservation for lunch on President’s day for my mother’s 80th birthday. We had taken her to the spa and thought it would be so convenient to eat there afterwards. However, when we got there they were closed. So somehow we had 12 noon lunch reservation that was confirmed the day before, to a place that doesn’t open until 4pm . Not a good experience….

The food at this restaurant was average and typical of hotel food. It wasn't anything special or exciting. The fish appeared to be frozen and not fresh, but to be fair, it was not advertised as fresh.
The food was delicious, but a bit pricey for my taste and the menu was quite limited. I was shocked to see that even a basic tequila sunrise cost $16 or more, which I found to be excessively high.
We were 4 adults having a dinner before a show at NYCB Theatre in Westbury. Location was perfect and we really enjoyed our meals, service and nice atmosphere.
Service was slow and not the best. They were out of food for many items and the quality was not great. Would never go back for lunch.
