I have had many fair experiences, here.Today’s was not impressive, at all.Ordered two pepperoni pizzas for delivery at 11:40am.At 12:40pm, my app finally said that it was out for delivery. We are 7 minutes away from Marco’s. At 1:02pm, I called to get an ETA. I expressed that it had been over an hour and 20 minutes since I place the order. I stated that we were only 7 minutes away, and it had said “out for delivery” for over 20 minutes.The girl who was on the phone stated that the driver had multiple deliveries on that trip, and she would be there soon. So, I once upon a time used to be a head cook at a pizza shop. I know what's it's like rolling pizza balls every night and tossing pies. This place is hands down best pizza I have ever had in this area period. I live way out in Winterville and from now on this is my pizza place! called wait the automated message to keep the real person responded to me. waited over 15 minutes. Finally, another person responds, but speaks to someone else in the load. I wait, I heard a conversation about it being a typical lively Friday night. after a moment of beaten up! I call back. pull the same automated message that goes forever! I'm getting up. no pizza worth, the level of service!
Epic incompetence. I order $160 worth of food—pizza and chicken—four hours early to pick up at 6:15. I roll in at 6:19 and they only have the pizza ready, and ask me if I want the wings etc. too because they didn’t make them yet. Only then does the guy start making them. ?
