My husband ordered a large pizza half pepperoni and pineapple and ham my husband ate two pieces by the time he was finished with his second pizza he noticed their was public hair on it gross and disgusting so we called them back spoke with a manager and the manager was rude and disrespectful she told me that all she can do was give us a 10 credit when we paid almost 40$ on pizza we also told her that we have 90% of the pizza left and we didn't think $10 credit was fair and she basically said well that's all I can do for ya'll then she just hung up on me I really think we should of got a full refund on it or at least a better credit not just a 10$ credit shows that them employees there are di...
The manager of this location is a very rude and angry person who rips people off and laughs at them when they try to make an honest effort to reconcile a disagreement. Whoever owns this place needs to get a handle on things, because at this point this restaurant is a total joke with Captain Kangaroo at the helm. Guy laughs at people instead of hearing them out. Buddy you're the joke and honestly I'd see about reporting you to corporate, but honestly you're right where you belong making pizzas for $50k a year and I wouldn't want to deprive you of that... So go on with your bad self and take the money you ripped me off for and maybe put it towards your 401k.
Sometimes…well, most of the time, you need a random act of kindness, and you didn’t even know it. Ordered online and set for carryout. Walked out, dropped pizzas, went back in, and whoever is working tonight…felt so dang bad, they re-made my pizza order, topped it with love, and sprinkled a whole lot of kindness on top in addition. I placed my order at 6:10pm today and it is now 8pm and I have not received my order. I’ve called to cancel and get a refund and only get their vm that is full. I highly recommend you do not order from here! Their customer service is a 0 on scale of 1-10. Update: it is now 8:40pm and the tracker says delivered. I did not get my pizza delivered to me. Then the store actually returned my call and I told them I needed a refund, they said they were getting the manager and hung up. Book a table now
Took my order and said the basic wait- 45 minutes into waiting they cancel my order an hour and a half before closing. I called the store repeatedly and they kept sending it to voicemail and eventually turning phones off (they wouldn't even ring but went right to voicemail). That was the last time trying you out. GFY.
Pretty good pizza... That was surprising after seeing the inside table needed to be cleaned off nobody working even offered to so, we ate in my truck instead...... Otherwise flavors were good, crust toppings speed were better than expected...
I misjudged how much time I’d have to I had to leave before my food was done When I came back the food was still warm and amazing
