Lovely little cafe, excellent home made food and the cakes are to die for! The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. Go on, treat yourself! Update: these lovely ladies do outside catering and make cakes for special occasions, like the one that they made for my daughters wedding! Very highly recommended. The takeaway food is just as good as when you eat in. We booked Mardy Crumb for our friend's baby shower, which was held as an afternoon tea. It was amazing, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, even allowing us to decorate the space. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!
We had afternoon tea for 2 on Father’s Day, it was beautiful, I had a gluten free tea and I had quiche and sausage rolls, I’ve not had these since I was diagnosed Coeliac and they were gorgeous. Thank you, we both really enjoyed our afternoon teas.
Called yesterday late afternoon after a walk with the family along the canal. Very welcoming. Food and drinks a nicely presented and good prices. Will be back. Nice atmosphere and decor. X

Popped in for a midmorning tea and cake and was not disappointed. Lovely staff and lovely location with excellent cakes, what more could you ask for.
Visited today had panini, cappuccino, and chocolate orange cake, was all lovely and service great. Lovely and clean decor too, must try it!
We have always had great food and drinks from here. Many sandwiches, sausage rolls, brownies, cakes and many more. Highly recommended.
