The rooms are clearly beyond their best time, here should be urgently renovated. Cleanliness in the room goes so, on the balcony no one had to clean for a long time. Bathroom fittings from the 70s, tiles broken etc. The food in the restaurant was unfortunately also not what we hoped had 2 hours waiting time and then relatively tasteless. But the absolute low point was the service employees, who cleaned dishes until 00:30 and cleaned up the restaurant area, and then passed extensively in front of the guests' rooms. Only the breakfast next morning was good and the employees very nice and tried. Otherwise not again!!!
I just used the restaurant and it was my second visit. Really superb indoor grill food. Good quality meat, cooked for perfection over an open wood fire The place is busy all week. We were a party of 11 that clearly overwhelmed the kitchen, like our dinner over 4 hours, would have been much more pleasant if we split into two or three tables.
The food was very good and we felt very comfortable. The grill in the middle of the room makes a cozy atmosphere, just now in winter. The service was good, but not too intrusive...we were here more often and it always tastes delicious....more and more liked service: ANNEX
