We 've known the owners of the restaurant for almost as long as this family friendly place has been around. They have always been dedicated to offering authentic fare, but they do include some Tex-Mex and American choices on their menu as well. Their enchiladas are some of the best and most authentically Mexican in town, and their fajitas and meats are well-seasoned and don 't taste like commercial marinades (as I 've found in other restaurants in town. Overall, this restaurant is not typical of Tex-Mex style choices found in this area, so at this place you won 't find all your 'Mexican ' food smothered in processed cheese or canned sauces.
