How can we avail ourselves to be Saveur of the year 2000 when for two months or more, the bread is cooked on the flour of the previous (s) furnace (s) giving a mediocre taste of bread, the part of the stuffed underside burnt giving a bitter taste!!! Only solution: crumble... I don't think the burnt flour is healthy. Apply the rules of cooking art to respect your customers; the table must be cleaned before each grazing deposit A little satisfied
