Ordering at the truck on site, pizzaiolo chains with big drops of sweat pizzas, bravo for effort, but I would have preferred a smile and a warm welcome. By taking a name or first name with the order we improve the quality of the rendered service. Pizzas are good, but there is a cruel shortage of cooking, resulting in the cut off of pizza, ingredients do not hold in place. The whole thing is disappointing.
Pizza very good, fast to be ready and great ease of use of the machine. Few choices of pizza however (but it was 1h30 in the morning. Maybe that's why. Nickel in any case when we're hungry at night and nothing in his fridge or the flea of cooking!
The pizza is well garnished and cooked with wood fire. But what's unpleasant is the guy who's eating in his corner by turning his back to the customers instead of hosting them. The note therefore concerns pizzaiolo and not the product.
