Yum yum yum! Marion has grown over the years! It's been a whole series of years since I went to Cape, and I was (not) very surprised that Marion's went from a small store to a busy operation. However, this is a sign of how tasty the cakes are and the success that has arisen. And the best thing is that the cakes are just as delicious. Making them in larger quantities has no compromise taste. My favorites are always peach, blueberry peach and strawberry rhubarb. And now (probably for a long time, now, as I said, it has been for years since I was last there) they sell many other things quiche, savory pies, cookies, pastries, etc.
Just happen to be driving by and stopped on a whim. Had no prior knowledge about the place. Very cute and old-fashioned inside. Got a citrus roll which was incredibly delicious. Also got their tomato cheddar soup which was homemade and absolutely wonderful. Will be stopping again today on our way out of town!
Got the lemon meringue pie for Easter dinner with family. Lemon was not lemon curd it was just yellow dyed corn starch gel. It had absolutely no flavor. Not even sweet or tart or lemony just tasteless goo. Crust was pretty tough and dry too. Never going back.
I stopped by and picked up a chicken pie with gravy and a cherry pie while I was staying in W.Yarmouth. they were so delicious I would drive the 96.8 miles from my home for more- and I will! Very nice chatting with another retired nurse owner), too!

Went looking for a chocolate silk cake and the women says try the Boston cream cake as it was their favorite. Didn't catch her name, but wanted to say thanks how your proposal was GREAT! Also bought an apple cake that is not disappointed!
Had the chicken pie,sold with a side of gravy! And a small peach and blueberry pie! Absolutely delicious and not at all like my homemade pies yummy.How did we never stop here before?
Excellent sweet and savory pies, the chicken pot pie is loaded with chicken! The pecan pie is out of this world nutty flavor and not a cloying sweetness. Try the pastries as well.
Best pies on Cape Cod and not just fruit pies. They have seafood and meat pies too! Only draw back...small parking lot and lots of business. That's because it's great!

Pies are great although we didn't have any of the savory ones. Get there early as they sell out quickly, or you can reserve pies the previous day.
Love Marion's Pie Shop! Just got back from Chatham and had both their savory and sweet pies. The crust melts in your mouth YUM!
