I don't often write reviews, but this incident really took me out of the way to write one. If I could set 0 stars, I'd be honest. The lady with the glasses that took my order was very rude and insane. She made me feel comfortable while I quickly take my order. Later, when my father entered, I said my father was with me and she said? which is not the case because he is my DAD. Very rude, such a sensitive comment with other people waiting on the line. Mario's Syosset is my go-to pizzeria. No matter what I order, everything is always super fresh. My favorite specialty dish is the chicken bacon ranch and buffalo pizza, and Mario's makes it the best. Another huge advantage of Mario's is their pasta. It's the only pizzeria where I would order pasta because you can tell the chef has really put thought into perfecting the sauce recipe and genuinely cares about the quality of the food. Lastly, the customer service is exceptional. The staff always greets you with a smile and pays close attention when taking special instructions for my orders.
Mario's Pizza in Syosset never fails to impress. The staff is always friendly and attentive when taking your order over the phone. Their pizzas and salads are incredibly tasty, especially the grandma pie, which many customers rave about. We recently picked up a few pies and a Caesar salad to bring to a friend's place in Brooklyn—it's just that good!
the prices are rising every week. that is what we call avoiding inflation. look back, old friend. I'm sorry, but you deserve this bad review. quality and portions have gone down, prices up and down. where is the gold plate that comes with my overpriced dinner. I worked in Syosset back in the eighties and would eat at Mario's once a week for lunch. It's better now after some renovations through the years. And a simple disc is hot and cheesy and not like a linker. Fully recommended...
The pizza didn’t truly capture the essence of Neapolitan style; it was quite doughy and greasy. While it was acceptable, I wouldn't recommend it for a second visit.
