So I ordered food for delivery. I realized it was over an hour and my food still wasn’t delivered. Also there was no way to track my order. So I placed a call to get an update. The First Lady I spoke to couldn’t find my order so we were placed on hold. She gets back on just to say it will be another 30-35 minutes before we receive the food. So I asked to speak to the manger he explains the system was down. I stated what can be done about the inconvenience due to the fact that if I didn’t call I wouldn’t have none anything. We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. The restaurant is situated on the first floor of the Bronx Terminal Market. We enjoyed our drinks, which arrived promptly. Since this is a seafood restaurant, some in our group liked their dishes while others weren’t as impressed. I ordered the shrimp Caesar salad, which featured large, nicely grilled shrimp that I enjoyed. However, I wasn’t a fan of the pumpernickel croutons. Despite the negative reviews I read before our visit, I found the experience to be quite reasonable. The service was quick, and the food was decent overall. It really depends on your personal taste.
Came in to eat before a performance at Hostos. Enjoyed the food very much. I had cerviche vuelva la vida, my husband had Marcy Tierra and my daughter had a Caesar salad with calamari. I had 2 appletinis that were made well. Loved the music that was playing mostly bachata and merengue. Relaxing atmosphere. No complaints at all and being a waitress that is unusual for me. Wish we lived closer because we would definitely return.

I want there Sunday to eat I was so disappointed with the food that it was cold the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti was cold the stuff clam was so cold and I let them know so there remove it so there ask me there to bring me another I said yes but the plate of the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti had a big nice in my food under the chicken I was like do it with the nice I was disappointed
I had more expectations for this place . We went there Sunday. It was almost empty. Big place but only 4 tables were taken. Picadera was small, and didn't have fried cheese or chicharrón. No cake options for birthday celebrations. Just regular 3 leches portions. Service was ok. The waiter was very friendly . Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
The food was cold and the service was slow. Despite the restaurant's appealing appearance, the experience was disappointing. I ordered a specific type of lobster, but what I received was a dish that, although it was labeled as lobster, turned out to be sardine. I wouldn't recommend this place; it didn't sit well with us at all. Food: 1/5.
The food was good, but the experience was ruined by the super loud music. You cannot have a conversation unless you are shouting. The check automatically includes a 15% tip … but it also leaves space for “additional tip” over the total. Very strange.
