Como diria Serrat, quizás porque mi niñez sigue jugando en tu playa , es un lugar al que me gusta volver año tras año. Si bien en años anteriores la paella no estaba como aquellas que añoraba de la infancia, la de hoy he de decir que estaba de diez, paella Valenciana sin concesiones, nuestras felicitaciones al cocinero/a. El resto, un entorno privilegiado, servicio correcto y ningún alarde más allá de la buena comida.
