A charming spot located in an unassuming shopping center in Jericho. We began our meal with the Kale Caesar salad, which was crisp and fresh. However, the flatbread was greasy and lacking in flavor. The Cobb salad was well-prepared, but the serving size was quite small. Unfortunately, we encountered a major issue—our choice to sit at the bar, which seemed inviting, turned out to be a mistake. Our bartender/server made the experience unpleasant with his inattentiveness and rude demeanor, acting as if he was doing us a favor by serving us. He mismanaged our order twice, and we had to repeatedly ask for silverware, napkins, dressings, and water.
This past Saturday, I would rate the restaurant three out of five stars. Why? The food was decent; we had three appetizers: quesadillas, wings, and fish tacos, all of which were quite tasty. The service was friendly but felt rather rushed. However, the real shocker was the $17 price for a basic margarita made with non-premium liquor, which had more ice than alcohol (a common issue, unfortunately). This is Jericho Turnpike, not Wall Street! It just doesn't make sense, especially since each of the dishes cost less. Sorry, Market Bistro, but this experience fell short.
We only had appetizers after seeing how highly priced the bigger plates were. The food and service was great. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, we sat outside. Ordered the Chicken quesadillas and Octopus appetizers, only thing is the food came out pretty cold. Although it was delicious I took a star off because of cold food and high priced plates.
Have gone there regularly over the years and am never disappointed. Generally prefer the small plates, appetizers and burgers. I had a nice meal and a beer, but I deduct a few points for the ambiance. The tables are quite close together, and since we visited on a busy night, it was really noisy inside. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

The drinks were outstanding, and the food was incredibly fresh with perfect seasoning! I highly recommend Marker Bistro. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

Great steaks and burgers. The waiter Vinny was terrific. So helpful on what to order. I will definitely go back soon.
