I visited this restaurant for a late lunch today and really enjoyed the ambiance. It's a great spot, especially for being in a strip mall. The service was excellent and the drinks were good too. However, the food was just mediocre. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich that he liked, while I had a strawberry salad with panko-crusted chicken cutlet. Unfortunately, the chicken was flavorless and oddly both burnt and soggy at the same time. The salad was fine but could have used a bit more seasoning. I didn’t think it was worth the $30 price tag. We were quite hungry, so we finished everything anyway!
I had lunch today with my high school friends for our 51-year reunion. Our small group traveled from New Jersey, Florida, and other places. We sat at a wonderful table in the back of the restaurant. The service was excellent—just the right amount of attention to our drinks without feeling rushed. I personally had the best burger I've ever tasted, and everyone else raved about their chicken sandwiches. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
Have gone there regularly over the years and am never disappointed. Generally prefer the small plates, appetizers and burgers.
