Have not been here in a really long time. Well maintained mall. Has some unique shops, things for the kids to do, several full restaurants, we chose the Cheesecake Factory. We visited specifically because of Macy's. Needed dresses and they have the best selection around. Worth a visit if you haven't been.
Menlo Park Mall seems to be struggling to recover from the pandemic. It has many empty stores. Active stores seem short of help and many are messy. Common areas have no attractions or entertainment to attract customers.
Arrived at noon on a Saturday, attentive service, had Turkey cranberry sandwich, very tasty , Mom had Turkey Avocado sandwich, we were both very happy with our choice, would dine here again.
