Lied about opening hours. I called to make a reservation based on the website saying they serve hot food until 10pm, only to find the phone that it’s actually only until 9:30pm. I had commitments which meant I’d be dining late, and 9:30 would be a close call but doable. I called when we were on the way and offered to order in advance as I wouldn’t be arriving until 9:20pm but was assured, that I could still order when I arrived. Upon arriving at 9:20 we were told that only salads were available the ovens and stovetop were switched off. We received no apology and left without ordering. Very disappointing.
Very nice german food (with a gourmet touch), but service can improve (client should always be right, and even if they are not right they waitress have to try to stay cool and if possible even friendly)
Steer away! They only accept some sort of German card. In the 21st century that’s unacceptable.
