Wasn't here for years, it was a favorite for the kids when they were younger and we would do the usual chicken fingers and pommes. We came to a late dinner and had an excellent meal (beef tips on pasta) and perhaps the best service of any restaurant I had been in the last story. Our server was attentive, peppy and prompt and really professional. And equally important was the food incredibly delicious. Thanks Marlborough Pizza. We'll be back.
The two stars are for the waitress who was prompt, warm and efficient. The pizza is another story. We ordered two small pizzas and both had very burned crust, soil and rim were badly burned, burned cheese and practically no sauce. No taste, except burned fat. Was the sauce applied with an eyedropper? Try the worst pizza we've ever served.... look home to feed the birds. We're not coming back.
Service was great! My wife and I love this place. Always over when we're in the area. You have to say that I was surprised to find that they were no longer happy with breakfast on the cookies and the severity! Instead, have fish and chips and the fries really stood out. The days of house fires and eggs are over.
came from Louisiana to visit my sister. Had no hot oven grinder in seven years. Order the ham grinder. Wasn't disappointed. It was fabulous. I couldn't finish it. Great staff, too. Very friendly and made you welcome.
