The food at Marlen's is consistently amazing. I recently had a terrible experience with Grubhub delivering the wrong order, but the staff at Marlen's went above and beyond to help me by quickly replacing it, even though it was the Grubhub driver’s mistake. Excellent service! Food: 5/5
One of the BEST hidden gem taco shops in San Diego imho. I'm on the endless search for the best buritto and this place does not disappoint. My favorites are the surf and turf burritos and quesadillas. Make sure you ask for their white sauce for those! I go here anytime I'm in the area
The food looked nothing like the picture they have on DoorDash. The lettuce was piled on top, and there was barely any guacamole, which was brown. I was very disappointed and won't be returning to that place. It was a waste of money for something that didn't taste good.
Ordered menudo for that remedy after a cruda and was good. The carne asados burrito on the other hand was mostly pico and flour tortilla. Not to mention I asked for no pico. I was disappointed since I always order burritos from here. Book a table now
I placed an order through Uber Eats but then decided to cancel it and was still charged $40. As a customer, I should have the right to cancel without incurring charges. It's all about customer rights! Food rating: 1/5.
I ordered the two chili relleno plate with rice and beans, and it was the best chili rellenos I've ever had—absolutely delicious! The beans and rice were fantastic as well. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
The staff here are very friendly, even though their English isn't perfect. They kindly offered me an extra drink on the house and took great care of me during my visit. I’ll definitely be returning soon! Food: 5/5

California Burrito was outstanding, and the rolled tacos were fantastic. The green and red salsas were packed with flavor. This is truly a great taco shop!
