my man and I were for 2 nights in the mas de la fouque hotel and we had included the breakfast and dinner. for our 2 dinners we had a great experience. eating was particularly good. the cook is very creatiw and cooks... really good dishes. in the first night my man had the risotto. he thought it was a really good dish of rice, but not a real risotto. then he chose the sortiment of cheese that was very good and as for me, I chose the lamb that was very tasty and the chocolate/mango dessert. it was so good! the mix of chocolate and mango was perfect! before we started to eat our dinner, they brought us some amuse beech (very tasty) and after dinner some sweets / mini cake! the service was real...

Setting is beautiful, decoration is industrial/trendy. Menu is good and food quality is excellent. Service is friendly but with a few issues, which is a bit of a shame for the price tag. Value for money 4/5.
