I wish I could leave no stars because what was supposed to be a night out for a friend’s birthday turned into a very embarrassing experience. Upon arrival service was very slow while we waited to place our order. We noticed that people that arrived after us were already being served their food while we were still waiting for our drinks. We placed our order at 1:02 PM and provided our name and phone number. They informed us it would take about 25 minutes. I arrived at Masa Sushi at 1:20 PM, and our order was already prepared and waiting for pickup. The cashier was very friendly, and after I mentioned my name and paid, I noticed how packed the place was. It’s clear they attract a large crowd, even at 1 PM. The restaurant itself was nice, clean, and well-organized. We ordered a sushi burrito, a tuna roll, and a yellowtail roll. I order takeout from this place several times a month and have also dined in the restaurant. The sushi is of excellent quality, the service is great, and the interior is pleasant. Parking can be a bit challenging, but there’s always the option to park in the rear lot. I can't emphasize enough how fresh and delicious their fish is. I've never had a bad experience here. In terms of accessibility, the restaurant is wheelchair-friendly with no steps. For service, we were very pleased, rating it a perfect 5. The atmosphere was also wonderful, earning another 5.
