Have you ever had the thrill of discovering a restaurant that you know everyone will love? That's exactly how I felt when I visited Masala Kraft Cafe. The manager, Sonia, turned my quick lunch plans into a fine dining experience effortlessly. The food was not just good, it was absolutely excellent. While I understand that taste is subjective, I challenge you to take some time to enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner at Masala Kraft Cafe and savor their flavorful, healthy dishes with vegan options. Don't forget to end your meal with their freshly brewed traditional Indian tea and ask for Sonia, whose knowledge and 5-star customer service will truly impress you. In a sea of mediocre restaurants, M...

Sonia the hostess is fabulous and recommended a variety of dishes for us to taste to fully appreciate the complexity and richness of the menu items. It was luscious sensory experience right to the creamy refreshing rice pudding dessert flavored with roses that you must save room for. Kosher is essential for us and Masala Kraft Cafe is kosher. Having moved to upstate New York recently, I have not been able to find an Indian restaurant that reminds me of home. That changed when I visited Masala Kraft Cafe today. The manager, Sonia, was so lovely and made me feel so welcomed by offering me a cup of chai while I waited for my takeout meal. I am so happy to have found this place when I want a hearty, vegan/vegetarian meal. I ordered the Saag Paneer, Chili Cheese Toast, and Sweet Lassi everything was delicious. I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have never been so disgusted by an experience at a restaurant. Even before I entered the establishment, the Manager Sonia came out of the door to rudely inform us that they are a vegan/vegetarian restaurant and prefer payment in cash. This lack of common courtesy continued inside, as Sonia repeated her message with even more emphasis on cash payments. I cannot justify spending my money at a place with such rude behavior. If I could leave a 0 rating, I would. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Food truck was way way overpriced. While the food is good, charging $20 for a Samosa, rice and 3 small pieces of Tofu is ridiculous. This isn't even a meat dish, it's all Vegan. Just by way of contrast, a Malaysian Food truck charges 10-12 for Chicken Curry, Beef Rendang, etc.

We came right before they were closing in between lunch and dinner but the staff was completely gracious and didn't rush us at all. Every dish was excellent. None of us are vegetarian and we loved everything. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Book a table now
