Mashallah African - Table reservation

The food was super delicious! It wasn’t busy when we came, we were one of several orders but the only eat in. There were booths available for indoor seating, but they also offer takeout. I had the chicken and rice plate, my boyfriend had the maafe and my dad had spicy chicken wings and we all enjoyed it. The portions were massive, we could have probably all split a plate and still had leftovers. The service was good, we waited a little bit, but it all came out hot and fresh! Definitely recommend stopping here if you’re looking for authentic west African food!

Mashallah African Restaurant did a wonderful job catering for my walima/reception last year. Portions were great, price was very reasonable, delivery was on time and food was AMAZING! We received so many compliments and inquiries about where we ordered our food. Even the pickiest eaters at our celebration were impressed by the flavors.Whenever I am back in my hometown to visit with my family over there, I try to stop by and order a meal at this place. Thanks for serving our community and for making our special day all the more special.

I never do reviews, but I felt they really deserved the recognition! Probably the best chicken I’ve had In my life. Fall off the bone juicy and so, so flavorful. The portion size was absolutely insane. I also got the plantains and they were equally delicious. This is a hidden gem that I will be back to, thank you for a wonderful dinner !

Really enjoyed the lamb. It was my first time eating there, customer service wasn't the best but the food was delicious and good portions.

the first place I found in louisville, serves gratifying cuisine. in absolute love? eating is divine! love it here!
