Mason-dixon Cafe - Table reservation

We did the online reserve a table. It’s very unreliable, it gives you ann estimated time and the number of parties anhead of you. We arrived just a couple of minutes before it was our turn and it said 0 parties ahead of us. When I checked in, hostess said it was still a 20-30 minute wait. I checked in again at the 30 min mark they said maybe about 20 more minutes. Each time I hesitated to wait because our party of 5 has kids. We waited… for an hour before an outside table was then offered. With the heat and the kids we couldn’t accept. Another indoor table opened up right after and it was given to someone else. So we left. Total wait time 1hr 35mins when online it said 18-24 minutes. Waited...

Well worth the 30-minute wait. Laney was a great waitress and kept the coffee coming without being asked. Portions are big, atmosphere is great. All the staff are singing along with the music in the restaurant. Awesome to see people that love their jobs. Just got stationed in the local area and always try to find a local breakfast joint and I’m glad I nailed it on my first try. I’ll be back every weekend.

I just had the best breakfast I've had in years! This place is amazing! The server Laney was not only beautiful but attentive! After eating, I asked to meet the chef that created this delicious meal. Mikey came out of the kitchen and thanked us for enjoying his offerings. I will be a lifetime regular after today's experience!

Food is delicious, but the service and organization is very poor and dissatisfying. If we were not already waiting for an hour and had out of town visitors with us, we would have left. The food is not worth the experience.
