There was a 20 min wait, always a good sign, and they called us on the cell when our table was ready.Tina was our server and she was terrific. She pointed out the most popular dishes, The Train Wreck, The Truck Stop, and conveyedthe specials for the day. We had an excellent meal. Absolute favorite place for breakfast/brunch! Can't say enough good things The **** Mary is SO good. Also the biscuit cinnamon roll is amazing huge. Such a gem to have in downtown Aberdeen, I love this place! They are usually very busy on the weekend, so you should expect to wait for a table if you go at a peak time but you can walk around the other nice little shops while you wait.
First time of many more to come! We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table for 2 but well worth the wait. ****, well look at it! My Birdies Hot Mess was so tasty and biscuit was delicious. Wife had Fried Green Tomato BLT and fries and couldn?t finish it because it was humongous. Only critique would be the fries were soggy but still tasty. Definitely going back again.
The BEST breakfast in Moore county!! We go here at least once a week, food is always amazing, they have new specials often and fun drinks! The staff are so fun and accommodating! One of my favorite picks! Quaint atmosphere, friendly wait staff, great tasting food creative drinks. My favorite is Birdie?s Hot Mess with no ham or sausage gravy with a biscuit. The sweet iced tea is just right! Not too sweet. The only thing missingis a larger dining area to accommodate the crowd at times!
Food and sweet tea were phenomenal! I'm still thinking about that sausage gravy so, so good. My server was attentive and very kind. It's a smaller place and was crowded when I went, so it was a bit loud, but no complaints otherwise.
Great ambiance! Favorite spot for friend I was with, which added a star to my review. The chicken fried steak and eggs was okay, but I'll order something else next time. Might up my review (or downgrade) after second visit.
