Anniversary dinner with our two children, 8 and 10. We decided to sit out on the porch on a fairly humid June evening and the ceiling fans made for a nice breeze. We find most of the restaurants are overly air-conditioned, but Metro 8 didn't seem like a fridge even when we came in - that's a big plus for me! Our waitress was very nice and attentive without getting involved. She noted that it was nice to see kids with books (and math in our conversation) instead of iPads. The steaks my husband and I ordered were as advertised and delicious. So were the pages. Our girls loved their grilled chicken. Cocktails were good and just the right strength. Highly recommended.
We absolutely adored this restaurant. The atmosphere is both quirky and inviting. The food was inventive and incredibly tasty. The service was top-notch. I tried a new dish from their menu that wasn't to my liking, but I didn't say anything about it. However, when the staff noticed I hadn't finished my meal, two individuals came over to inquire about it. I explained that I was expecting something different, and they graciously took the item off my bill, thanking me for my feedback. I hadn't planned on mentioning anything, but their attentive and kind response impressed me. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
The steak was amazing. One of the best I've ever had. Service was a little slow but was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to people. It was a pleasure
Ideal for Father's Day as the portions are large and hearty. Airy high ceilings. Music of the type 'Frank Sinatra'. Very pleasant.

This is really a hidden gem, tucked inside the Arlo Nomad Hotel They're on OPT so it's easy to make a ressie.
The food and drinks were excellent. Our Australian waitress was outstanding and a pleasure to chat with.
Loved the pizza- very unique. Brick chicken was outstanding and the ceasar salad was awesome.
