I never had bad customer service in my life!!! I ordered two big pizzas from the Chagrin Falls site that were never delivered because their delivery driver never showed up work this day. They called and said they apologized for the inconvenience and would refund my credit card. The charges went through and the refund never came, so I was charged $42 for pizza I never got. Then I asked for proof that they issued the refund because they never came, although on my card and they said we will not deliver that, we do not have to. I have placed an order online for 2:30. I finished my business earlier than expected (at 13:40am) so I went to the Master Pizza in Chagrin to see if they might go and make my a pizza early? the guy waiting for me was incredibly rude and obviously a bad day. He pretended my change of order was a great hate, and it was because of his attitude that I asked him to just cancel my order and I told him that I hoped that his day was better? to which he replied: Oh my day is okay? and a few other not so nice words? that was my first time from Master Pizza ever! So it's a shame that I couldn't even try out the food because of the evil attitude of the worker. I'm not back to this place!
Their pepperoni special was very good. My only complaint is that the sizes of the pizzas are small, but this is true for all Cleveland pizza places, compared to New York pizza which can’t be beat. An extra large here is a medium size pie in NYC.
Brought some students to the Chagrin Film Fest and Master Pizza made us all Happy with a range of delicious pizzas. I’m coming back for more
